What you are about to learn

 So if you're creating your ultimate life, the life of purpose, prosperity, and joy you need to have authenticity. And how do you do it with your heart in it? How do you go all in and know that it's a real and authentic and powerful right to the core? That is what we are going to discuss today.  Let's talk about a couple of ways right now because we don't create our life like life. You don't make your whole life in a moment. How do you wake up?  You can wake up, thrilled that you're breathing for another day, and filled with anticipation, and all of the things that you know, are on your schedule because they're all there because you put them there.  How do you prepare? Prepare for the day clear at the other end of the spectrum. I have an acronym called SPM, Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, and Mental preparation.  I've chosen to do that because it means I'm all in, and it helps me have a fabulous day. 

That ritual has become so important to me that I can't get up and do my day without it. It makes me feel good, it makes me prepared. I get excited, and it makes me powerful. You can let it trash your day trash or attitude, run around, and blame for however long you want. And then either get back on track or wait to go to bed and maybe record a couple of days or at the other end, you can have a process Where you rescue days, and you put yourself right back on track quickly. And that doesn't mean there are consequences to deal with. Of course, there are. But again, you are in control. You are in charge. Try it.
