In 2003, Fortune Magazine coined the phrase, H.E.N.R.Y, a term that stands for High Earner, Not Rich Yet. H.E.N.R.Y\\u2019s are often referred to people who earn a substantial amount of money, but are not investing in their self-worth through assets. According to statistics, about 23-million Americans are earning between $100,000 and $250,000, but - despite their high income cashflow - they are not considered \\u2018rich\\u2019 yet.
