In 2015 my husband & I started selling on Amazon. Within 12 months we\'d grossed 1.2 million dollars with one product! It blew our minds.

We continued to grow our business over the following years topping $3 million (per year) with net profits in the region of 15 - 18%, until we sold it in early 2020.

That little business set us up for a good many years and taught me, in particular, the power of a loyal audience and a strong trusted brand (i.e, Amazon)

When we started in 2015, we invited members of my community to watch over our shoulders as we built the business. Two such members were Dan Worthington and his Mum Sue, who after 3 years growing their Amazon brand started traveling the world full time in 2018. In Feb this year, they came out to Phuket, Thailand for my wedding, and as Covid struck decided to stay here for a while. In today\'s podcast episode Dan & I got together in the garden of a villa they were renting here to go through the process of starting and growing a successful brand on Amazon.
