There is nothing worse than feeling tired, sluggish & desperately lacking in energy, particularly if we\\u2019re trying to build the business & life of our dreams and even more so when we want to go bounding around the world exploring new places & cultures.

It\\u2019s easy to simply say eat more fruit & veg, drink more water & do more exercise but as someone who\\u2019s been on a long & arduous health journey myself the last few years I\\u2019m not sure it\\u2019s that simple.

That\\u2019s why I was so happy to interview travel & fitness guru Nate Palmer creator of n8trainingsystems.com & author of the aptly titled book - Passport to Fitness.

I must admit I did use the interview as a bit of a personal coaching session but if you\\u2019re looking to shift a few pounds, get fitter, stronger & healthier & have the energy to suck the juice out of every day then you\\u2019ll live his tips & advice.
