As a child, Maria was persistently bullied. This resulted in low self-worth and a particularly detrimental people-pleasing habit. In her forties, she underwent what she now fondly refers to as \\u201cthe great unraveling;\\u201d experienced through the loss of her career, home, bereavement, and divorce, with menopause thrown in for good measure. This was the catalyst for her spiritual awakening and her rebirth. The priceless gift within such loss was that, through several years of inner work and healing, Maria finally found herself! She remembered what truly lit her up, why she was here and her purpose (to guide other women in their remembering) And within all of this, an awareness of coming home to herself and a deep sense of inner peace, which Maria will tell us in this podcast.\\xa0
