Her passion for Special Education began when she was working at a non-profit as a youth educator and victim advocate. She realized the individuals she enjoyed working with most were ones with exceptionalities. She then left her job and went back to school to become a special education teacher. She has learned how each aspect of the special education process could evolve because she has sat at every seat at an Individual Education Plan (IEP) meeting.\\xa0 She was the student, the special education teacher, and now she is the parent. This is why Fresh Thinking Special Education Advisors was created.
