\\u201cWe just wanted to help people find a good solid resource like yourself in order to be able to learn that well. That\'s what we want to do when it comes to sharing marketing and branding and all the other foundational things that they would benefit you in having a diversified career portfolio.\\u201d

\\u201cSo if that\'s a good example of taking a passion, looking for a different way of taking that interest and marketing it and then, of course, doing the research that lets you know, hey, there\'s a market for your product.\\u201d

\\u201cThat way, you don\'t look at failure as like a loss, you just view failure as a lesson learned. And because your passion is still there, you\'ll realize, okay, it didn\'t work that way. Let\'s analyze it and make a tweak.\\u201d

\\u201c if you have an interest in something, when it gets harder when it gets to that low, if your interest is there, if it still excites you, personally, you\'ll work through the challenge. If you don\'t have that underlying interest there, when you hit the roadblock, when you hit the wall and you\'re not sure what to do, you\'ll say forget it. Because you didn\'t, you weren\'t following something that was exciting for you to begin with.\\u201d

\\u201cIf you focus in a niche, a specialist, oftentimes, because of your specialty, you can demand more money, because you bring that expertise, that\'s very narrow.\\u201d

\\u201cSo there\'s a saying, if you try to speak to everyone, or try to be everything to everyone, you are nothing to no one.\\u201d

\\u201cDon\'t think that you\'re going to be the exception to the rule think you\'re going to be a law following that same rule, if it takes a couple of years, it\'s likely going to take a couple of years for you. If it turns out not to, then you\'re the unicorn. But don\'t think that there are unicorns and that we\'re all unicorns, we\'re all special. We all bring a unique perspective. But it takes a while to launch that.\\u201d
