The gender pay gap, social norms, and other barriers make it difficult for many women to achieve financial stability. However, despite these challenges, homeownership and financial stability is still attainable for women.

In this episode, we explore the critical role that homeownership plays in women\'s financial empowerment. Our guest, Nicola McDougall, co-author of The Female Investor, shares her expertise on how women can create wealth through property ownership and achieve financial independence.
