It\\u2019s GIRL POWER time! Menstruation and femininity is often a taboo topic that\'s avoided in common spaces, but younger generations are shifting this narrative. For this episode, Anastasia speaks to two young women committed to discussing these topics, breaking down stigmas and how to embrace your full womanly self.

Vinuri Dissanayake is a consent and sex education activist based in the United States. She\\u2019s also the co-founder of a student-run organization named BlurredLines, which works with local schools and government agencies on comprehensive sex education.

Madalena Alexandre is 6th year medical student at the University of Lisbon, Portugal, who is committed to educating younger generations on the importance of reproductive health.
