Liz Carlin is a an artist and spiritual sister dedicating her time to spreading self-love, soul growth, and joyful living. After being plagued with anxious and depressive episodes for much of her life, she began a journey to rediscovering her authentic self through working with a Self-Love Coach and a handful of spiritual teachers. In the wake of the 2020 pandemic, and her pursuit of a career in theatre coming to a halt, Liz was called to receive her own certifications in Self-Love Coaching and Holy Fire Reiki. Since then, she has launched her own wellness business, Wild Woman Rising, dedicated to empowering women in coming home to their most authentic and aligned selves by combining coaching and Reiki for a sacred experience of transformation and healing.\xa0
