Mayrion is the founder and CEO of MWa Consulting Group and MWa Production. MWa is a unique boutique consulting group specializing in personal and professional development consulting and life strategizing. She has a passion for helping stuck women, want to grow in their personal lives, but have been overcome by life\\u2019s trials, challenges, and disappointments to find purpose, direction, and meaning that transform their professional lives and career into Goldstar success.
\\nMayrion had a successful career in corporate for over 35 years working in legal and with in-house legal at the largest financial institutions in the country while working her way from a file clerk to negotiating litigation cases to executive management roles. In 2016, Mayrion left the corporate environment and began to work on her doctorate in Organizational Leadership where she did extensive research in scholarly leadership, became an entrepreneur, and crafted a six-figure consulting firm where she is coined as a results-guru for women globally. Under the umbrella of the parent company, MWa Consulting are subsidiary companies MWa Production, MWa Leadership Academy, and The Ladies of Genius Society, and The Million Dollar Strategic Leadership Enterprise. MWa Productions is responsible for sponsoring The Personal and Professional Development Summit, The God Genius Women Conference, and The Grow in Grace Women\\u2019s Network.
\\nShe is a wife, married to her first love for 38 years and they have four sons and four grandchildren. They are empty nesters and loving the second half of their lives.
