Habits are a BIG part of why I am who I am. I am constantly trying to develop my habits so they are more effective and so they contribute to my progress/ability to help others.
My belief is that as you get better and better at performing a habit it is like a vehicle - to help send you in either the positive or negative direction. As always momentum is key.
Today we chatted about some of my "airplane", "car", and "training wheels" (or tricycle) habits. Here they are:
