We\u2019ll get him out.\u201d\n\nCarter\u2019s comments were wrong on many levels. Here he is, a NFL Hall of Famer wearing his proud blazer, a symbol of his induction, essentially handing out a blue print for rookies looking to dodge criminal behavior.
