When Brian Billick was the Ravens head coach he maintained that after 7 seasons or so a coach\u2019s message gets lost \u2013 that the message, the coach\u2019s philosophy, doesn\u2019t move men in year 7 like it did in the early years.\n\nEventually Billick\u2019s belief became a self-fulfilling prophecy.\n\nDoes the same fate await John Harbaugh?
