She has experienced everything from mild to extreme menopause symptoms, Rachel is a mentor and campaigner for women in menopause. We talk a lot about peri menopause but what about Post menopause?Rachael says \\u2018Menopause is a journey, and the destination is good\\u2019. Adding she wants to give hope to women struggling right now.She tells us about her intrusive, suicidal thoughts and her experience of hysterectomy surgery, the recovery and destination-Post Menopause.
