Their familiarity with each other\\u2019s work styles, passions, and unique skills fuelled the success of Casa Joya. 

Himangshu is an IT professional by training. He left his full-time IT job and took on the responsibility of managing operations in 2014, as Casa Joya started growing significantly. They started the business in 2012, just after getting married.

Khushei has years of management experience in the corporate industry and a teenage passion for apparel design and making. Having managed, created, and launched online fashion brands for both domestic and foreign markets, Khushei has a strong and well-established track record. With extensive experience in retail sales and distribution, Khushei assures profitability by maximising the use of available resources through smart distribution planning. She has excellent communication skills and a strong reputation for motivating teams to achieve corporate objectives.
