Manufacturing remains a critical part of the US, State, and Regional economies. Our location in the heart of the crossroads of America makes our region prime for new manufacturing opportunities. Top of mind for existing companies and new prospects are workforce and whether they can attract the people they need. Efforts are underway to inform the next generation of workers about opportunities in those fields.
