Just about everybody enjoys a good story about a rag-tag bunch of underdogs fighting oppression. "Pirate Radio," from writer and director Richard Curtis, tells the somewhat true story of a group of DJ's, headed by Phillip Seymour Hoffman, who band together on the high seas in the 60s to broadcast rock and roll, battling authorities led by Kenneth Branagh at the British Broadcasting Corporation.
