At the end of a 2 day retreat for Paducah City Commissioners Monday, long time city manager Jim Zumwalt resigned from his post. Zumwalt's resignation comes after a complicated process involving securing land for a downtown Quilt Show Pavilion. Zumwalt has accepted much of the blame for miscommunication, and despite Mayor Bill Paxton's strong support for Zumwalt, commissioner's comments resulted in the long time city' manager's resignation. Chad Lampe speaks with Zumwalt about the situation.
