Kentucky ice storm one year later: damaged trees still an issue

This week as we continue our "Ice Storm 1 year later" series we learn about ecological efforts to restore destroyed vegetation in Carlisle County Trees were the cause of tremendous power outages and road blocks during last year's ice storm. Many cities are still cleaning up limbs and other organic debris.
