A grass roots effort called "Let's Paint the Town" will be doing restoration work there. Volunteer organizer Jeff Campbell isn't a new addition, he's a 6th generation Fulton resident, recently retired and returned to his hometown on the Kentucky-Tennessee border. The twin cities of Fulton and South Fulton, Tennessee have fallen on hard times, and Campbell saw the opportunity to restore the towns to their former glory. Mark Welch speaks with Campbell about this volunteer project.
