b'Sue Bethanis hosts Andrea Lieberstein, a mindfulness-based registered dietitian nutritionist, mindful eating (MB-EAT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) instructor and coach, trainer, and registered yoga instructor. Andrea has specialized in helping people transform their lives for over 25 years. She leads mindfulness meditation and mindful eating trainings and retreats at retreat centers across the country and internationally. Her clients have included individuals, corporations (most recently Google and Marvell), medical centers, schools and colleges.

She was instrumental in implementing the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program in Kaiser Permanente\\u2019s Northern California Region in the 1990\\u2019s. Andrea is a contributing author to Resources for Teaching Mindfulness: An International Handbook and The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook. Her new book is called Well Nourished: Mindful Practices to Heal Your Relationship with Food, Feed Your Whole Self and End Overeating.
