It was only years later that I realised what influenced me to leave a highly lucrative career that I was succeeding in.
I didn\\u2019t like what I saw when I looked up.
What I mean by that is that I couldn\\u2019t see female leaders that represented how I envisaged my life to be.
In this episode, I share the personal impact of not having positive working mother role models. \\xa0I explore why it\'s vital for organisations to support and promote them too.
