Nikki Thomas meets with Irene Molodtsov, Co-CEO at Sia Partners. Irene has a fascinating story - fleeing the USSR as a child, Irene had to rebuild her life at a young age. Irene moved to Melbourne where she had to learn a new language, and adopt a new culture. Driven to succeed, Irene made a decision early in her life that she wanted to be successful. She worked for Pilkington glass and KPMG before deciding to branch out on her own and start Molten Consulting. Irene sold her business to Sia Partners in 2016 and now works for Sia Partners as Co-CEO of it\\u2019s UK arm. In this episode we discuss her passion to succeed, the importance of hard work, how to navigate through work politics and what makes a good workplace. We also discuss why she went from entrepreneur back to employee and the difficulties of trying to balance work and life as a mum, Co-CEO, Investor and Board member (even with the \\u201cmum guilt\\u201d).
