3 Career Takeaways\\xa0

1) Life on the Wobble Board: Companies are like Wobble Boards - think about the core muscles you need to engage.

2) Know your Invisible Safety Netters: Hairdressers, Supermarket workers. People around you who are watching out for your safety

3) Use The Hot Line: We talk about the helplines that are in place to help us. Use them. They are for everybody whether you just want someone to talk to or feel in deep distress.\\xa0

Please Google the National Helplines in your area but if you are in New Zealand you can find a range of helplines on Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
