Interview Highlights

Leena is not na\\xefve when it comes to discrimination due to her past experiences as a child growing up in Indiana and from her experiences working in the Government. Although her experiences were not always favorable, she has chosen not to let them harden her heart. Leena chose to rise above by teaching others the true essence of leadership with her actions, as an adjunct professor, and via her company Intentional Leadership.

Leena believes in using her power and her voice to make a difference, and she encourages others to do the same. She is adamant about helping those around her understand their greatness, and she does so cheerfully and constantly. Leena believes in and embodies the essence of Servant Leadership by leading beside those she influences.

Leena has a wealth of knowledge from her life\\u2019s experiences and her career which she openly shares in an effort to help others grow. According to Leena, sacrifice is needed for victory and we must put in the time needed to reach the goals we desire.
