• Where Sherry is and its defining terroir, including the terroir of the bodegas
• The grapes of Sherry
• The 3000 year history of the region
• Winemaking and the complex system of criaderas, soleras, and fractional blending
• The biologically aged wines (under flor): Fino and Manzanilla
