I recently got to sit down with Joe Crisara whom in the 80's & 90's owned his own Plumbing company while trying to always offer the lowest prices found himself in financial struggles. Through a chance meeting with a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative learned to give customers options versus always offering lowest priced options. Years later after selling his business he has developed a sales training to help contractors provide options to customers , and follow a simple system by allowing the customers choose what's best for them versus contractors offering them the lowest priced option.
