Christine Malec has lived in Toronto as long as she\u2019s been alive, and one might think living in a big city has tempered her to the dangers of expanding her outlook, but that has not happened. \n\nVictor first acquainted himself with Christine through some work she\u2019d done for the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, and throughout the years, they\u2019ve managed to keep in touch through various e-mail lists, but Victor has never really sat down and had a heart to heart chat with Christine.
