Published: March 25, 2022, 12:23 a.m.

On this episode, the program delves into the social component, which brings us full circle, as our first episode dealt with the social aspect of the program and how it would effect participants socially. This go around, a discussion of personal accountability is talked about, and how dieters sometimes use words like, “Yes But”, or have excuses to explain away their cheating habits. Also discussed is how to avoid situations where cheating is possible, such as going out with friends on a lunch break and how to turn down such invitations without losing friends or seeming aloof. Victor also comes across a snag in the program, and Dr. Glazer’s instructions.

You can find information on the Bariatric program at the Humber River Regional Hospital website at the following link:

https://www.hrh.ca/programs/surgery/

And should you be looking for a hospital closer to you that performs this program in Ontario, please check out the Ontario bariatric network website at the following address:

https://www.ontariobariatricnetwork.ca/

If you have questions, concerns and/or comments, please leave them in the comments section below, or.
