Included with the episode are the recipes below.\n\nSanta's Pleasure Punch\n\nIngredients:\n\n\xbd cup lemon-flavored iced tea mix\n2 (12 ounce) cans apricot nectar\n2 cups pineapple juice\n2 (7 ounce) bottles ginger ale, chilled\n\nDirections:\n\nIn large pitcher, combine all ingredients, except ginger ale. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Serve in tall ice-filled glasses.\n\nMakes 6 servings.\n\nTips for the Kitchen:\n\nShorten Your Work and Cooking Time:\n\nSoftening Butter\n\n* Soften butter for spreading by inverting a small heated pan over the butter dish for a minute or so.\n\n* Grating a stick of butter softens it quickly.\n\nGetting The Ketchup Out Of The Bottle\n\n* Insert a drinking straw, push it to the bottom of the bottle and then remove. Enough air will be admitted to start an even flow.\n\nRidding The Ham Of The Rind\n\n* Slit the rind lengthwise on the underside before placing it in the roasting pan.
