This year, several provincial governments are reporting a budget surplus due to pre-mature retirements of doctors, with many doctors citing burn out, Covid-19 and income constraints as the cause of their retirement. \n\nSo it\u2019s no wonder that wait times are increasing, and medical specialties are in demand. \n\nIn response, , many experts are recommending a reduction of doctor\u2019s dues and licenses and other overhead that may be contributing to these income constraints.
