Included with the episode are the recipes below.\n\nMushroom Wild Rice\n\nWhat you will need: \n1 cup uncooked wild rice\n\xbd cup sliced mushrooms\n\xbd cup diced onion\n\xbd cup diced red or green bell pepper\n1 \xbd cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth\n1 tablespoon olive oil\n\xbc teaspoon salt\n\xbc teaspoon black pepper\n\nPreparations:\n\nLayer rice, mushrooms, onion and bell pepper in Crock-Pot. Add broth, oil, salt and pepper. Cover; cook on high 2 1/2 hours, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.\n\nMakes 8 servings.\n\nTips and Tricks to Help:\n\nScorched Vegetables? \nSet the pot in a pan of cold water and let stand for 15 to 30 minutes. Do not scrape the bottom of the pan. No one will know the vegetables have been scorched.\n_____\n\nSoggy Mashed Potatoes? \n* Overcooked potatoes can become soggy when the milk is added.
