zoesblindkitchencorner@gmail.com\n\nGreek Traditional Spinach Feta Herb Pie (Mpatzina Me Spanaki)\n\nIngredients\n\nFor the filling\n\n500 g baby spinach\nFive fresh green onions thinly sliced.\nOne leak finely sliced.\nHalf a bunch of dill finely chopped.\nHalf a bunch of parsley finely chopped.\nHalf a bunch of spearmint finely chopped.\nTwo or three huge handfuls of celery leaves (optional)\n250 or 300g of crumbled feta cheese.\nTwo eggs slightly beaten.\nGround black pepper to taste.\n1/3 cup 75g olive oil.\n2 tablespoons fine semolina .\n\nIngredients for the batter\n\n2 cups 300g all purpose flour.\nOne cup 165g corn flour.\nOne cup 180g fine semolina.\n1 teaspoon salt.\nHalf a cup 113g of olive oil.\n200 g thick yogurt.\n2 1/2 cups of water divided. The 2 cups of water is 519g.
