The process of meditation

We inhale and breathe in the moment that is becoming. In doing so, we welcome the person we are becoming. We repeat the process. This is meditation. This is renewal. This is life.\u201d

This is a summary of the simplicity and process \u2014 and beauty \u2014 of meditation. It induces calm, acceptance, and compassion.
