In honor of their alma mater, UC Santa Barbara being named #7 in the world by the Centre for Science and Technologies Studies at Leiden University in the Netherlands, Charlie and Tracy decide to cheapen their degrees by revisiting some stories of the UCSB Gauchos' favorite pastime: drinking.
