While her desk job is a beef extension officer with the Queensland Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries in Mareeba, you rarely find her in the office! She's had a career as a financial councillor and beef economist, completed a Nuffield Scholarship and dabbles with her own herd of cattle whenever she gets a chance.
