Their angle was to curate a bunch of tweets that contained genuinely helpful marketing lessons in response to this debacle.\\n\\n\\n\\nMost of those tweets were along the lines of knowing your customer and what they want to buy.\\n\\n\\n\\nFair enough.\\n\\n\\n\\nUnfortunately, that\\u2019s not how a lot of people go about \\u201cwinning\\u201d at the game of social media. It\\u2019s all about churning out content that will get the likes.\\n\\n\\n\\nChurn and churn and churn.\\n\\n\\n\\nAnd to what end?\\n\\n\\n\\nHopefully, sales, of course.
