Camp Australia, the after school care business, has sold some of its debt to two investment firms - via a loan-to-own agreement.

 

TikTok has launched its own music distribution platform, which aims to help artists get their music heard.

 

Uber Eats is raising the stakes against banks and fintech apps by launching a feature that’ll let you order food as a group and split the bill with your mates.
