Why Setting Goals Is Not Enough

What's the difference between setting a goal and actually achieving it? The magic lies within the daily intentions that need to be written down or said out loud. It's simply not enough to set a goal- we have to practice and repeat our intentions on how we plan on reaching it. It can be as easy as wanting to be more open to opportunities and people that come into our life. When we actively create daily intentions on how we can positively move towards a goal, we are more likely to achieve it.
