Helping Kids Manage Anxiety

But when anxiety grips our children, they often don\\u2019t (can\\u2019t) explain how they\\u2019re feeling, and their inner turmoil can take over.\\nAs psychotherapist Lynn Lyons explains:\\nAnxiety is a normal part of growing, changing and learning.
