We\'ve reached WDIP Summer School 2023. Our final lesson might seem a bit technical, but attention to this detail can make all the difference to the success of a social purpose enterprise.
In class today, we learn that how a business is incorporated has a real impact on how a business venture can manage a social mission. Benefit Corporations provide entrepreneurs with a tool to change the culture of business investment and operations.
