Consumers Energy Iron Pole Upgrade
In an effort to have equipment withstand Michigan's severe weather, Consumers Energy is replacing old wooden electric poles with iron ones. Chris Laird, Consumers Energy Vice President of Electric Operations joins WMMN to discuss how these upgrades will keep the power grid functioning.
