Our 13 year old daughter Rosie said to me recently, \\u201cDad, you don\\u2019t always have to suck it up.\\u201d\\xa0 Her feedback stopped me in my tracks.\\xa0 It had me reflect on how and why I do this, and also how much we\\u2019re encouraged in our culture to \\u201csuck it up\\u201d at work and in life.\\xa0 On this episode, I talk about the paradox of sucking it up and how it can be both necessary and detrimental to our success and wellbeing.
