My guest on today\\u2019s podcast is Anne Robie. I met her at a Wisdom 2.0 conference. IBM hired Anne immediately after she finished her graduate studies and sent her to Raleigh, North Carolina. She later transferred to the San Francisco Bay area to become the Head of People for StubHub and to spend time with her ailing father.

Anne has recently started Darshan Leadership Consulting, a private leadership consulting and executive coaching business. Anne joins me to discuss the diverse meanings of Bring Your Whole Self to Work, her process of personal grieving, the mindfulness movement in business, and how a person\\u2019s gender may impact their ability to be accepted authentically in this new era of leadership.
