The Importance of Showing Up

Our ability to support and empower others, as well as create success and fulfillment in our lives has to do with if and how we show up.\\xa0 For a number of reasons, especially these days, this isn\\u2019t always easy.\\xa0 On this episode I share about some recent struggles and a tragic loss and what they have taught me about the importance of showing up.\\xa0 I also talk about how we can show up for ourselves and others, even and especially when things are hard.
