The Importance of Fairness

I\\u2019ve been thinking about fairness a lot recently.\\xa0 We\\u2019re less than a week away from the election here in the United States and while I have both strong opinions and deep concerns about the outcome, what\\u2019s most important to me is that everyone who wants to vote is able to do so...and that all of the votes are counted fairly.\\xa0 On this episode, I talk about the election, the recent Supreme Court confirmation, and the World Series, all in the context of fairness.\\xa0 And, we discuss how essential fairness is to the integrity of outcomes, as well as to the morale, trust, and culture of any group, team, family, community, or society.
