I learned an incredibly valuable lesson from my pitching coach at Stanford, Dean Stotz...that there are really only two things we can control, our attitude and our effort.\\xa0 This lesson has served me well throughout my life and is critically important for us to remember, especially when we\\u2019re faced with stressful, challenging, and uncertain times as we are right now.\\xa0 On this episode, we discuss how to stop focusing on what we can\\u2019t control, and ways to shift our attitude and take effective actions, which can both liberate and empower us, particularly these days.
