My guest on this week\\u2019s podcast is Tami Simon. Tami is the Founder and CEO of Sounds True, a wonderful publishing company in Boulder, Colorado that disseminates spiritual wisdom. Tami started Sounds True in 1985 with live conference recordings of Ram Dass and Stephen Levine. Over the last 32 years, Sounds True has grown and evolved.\\xa0 They continue to produce spiritual audio and learning programs, as well as books and apps.

I met Tami a few years ago at a Wisdom 2.0 conference, and at the most recent Wisdom 2.0 conference she gave a speech, which was all about bringing your whole self to work and creating a healthy work culture.
