As a strong community leader, another one of Roslyn\\u2019s most prominent roles was serving as the National President of Business and Professional Women/USA, making history as the second African American president in the organization\\u2019s 90 years of existence. Under her leadership, Roslyn launched the Women Joining Forces: Opening Doors, Closing Ranks initiative which provides professional development support to women veterans. Best known as a skillful negotiator and a powerful orator, Roslyn\\u2019s keen ability to broker meaningful partnerships, helped to infuse a resurgence of corporate interest in the organization from major corporations including the Discovery Channel, Lifetime Television for Women and Career Communications Group. As a leader, Roslyn negotiated and brokered a friendly merger between BPW Foundation and its sister organization BPW/USA. This merged organization represents over 143 years of combined experience and support for working women and families. Fusing business with her first love of music, Roslyn is also the Chief Executive Officer of DeRoz Entertainment, which specializes in artist management, entertainment production and promotions. Behind the scenes, she has coached some of the greatest music artists in various genres in the business of music.'
